Elizabeth Rogers is the President of The S Group. She began her apparel career at Anthropologie, hiring and supporting store Merchandising and Operations during the creation and launch of new locations before being relocated to NYC in Ops & Visual Merchandising. In 2007, Rogers started with Macy’s Merchandising Group as a private label analyst before moving into Product Development & Merchandising for Men’s. After leading her private label categories through incremental growth, Rogers was recruited to execute the product and merchandising strategy for two new private brand launches. Through quarterly trips to SE Asia, Europe and the US to secure sourcing, negotiate costing, provide trend analysis and ensure in-store training and layouts, she surpassed the divisional sales’ reach goals.
In 2014, Rogers returned to her home state and joined The S Group. She has established modernized processes in the operations & supply chain to optimize The S Group’s and their customers’ health and profitability, extended the global footprint through the hiring and training of international staff, and on-boarded suppliers to extend The S Group’s product category expertise. Rogers graduated with honors from the University of Washington, with a BA in Society & Justice, and a minor in Political Science, while competing as a scholarship athlete in Track & Field. She also holds an AA degree in Merchandise Product Development.
